Living out the value:
- Minister to people’s needs which includes mentoring relationships with them
- Share the Gospel with people in many ways including relational evangelism
- Teach Spiritual Disciples
- Enroll them in discipleship opportunities especially Community Groups
- We believe Community Groups are an optimal environment for life change and fellowship, thus we encourage everyone to be a participant in a Community group
- We value the Biblical truth that every believer has unique gifts to be discovered, developed, and used to strengthen the work of the church.
Living out the value:
- Help people discover, develop, and use their gifts
- Establish ministry apprenticeships
- Provide leadership training
- Model the character of servanthood before them
- Provide cross cultural experiences
- We value the non-negotiable necessity that every believer has the purpose of fulfilling the Great Commandment and Great Commission.
Living out the value:
- Meet people’s needs
- Present the Gospel to non-believers in a way they can relate to and understand
- Teach people their life
- Model a Biblical lifestyle
- Provide opportunities to disciple others
- Provide leadership experiences
- Provide continued leadership training
- Evaluate all ministries according to their impact on the lost
- We value Children and youth and believe they have a special place in the heart of God.
Living out the value:
- Discover and implement ministries to create a first-rate ministry to children and youth.
- Create entry points for the community through ministry to children and youth.
- Create ways to teach families how to minister to children and youth.
- We value ministry decisions made by those closest to the front line of a ministry area guided by the purpose mission and values statement of this church.
Living out the value:
- Simple, purpose-driven structure based on TEAM ministry which encourages flexibility, creative ministry, and change. Any member of the church can (and is encouraged to) begin new ministries according to the TEAM ministry guidelines:
- The staff and Leadership Team is encourage to take a hands-IN approach (not hands ON) and thus they are not expected to run all the ministries.
- The ministry is compatible with the philosophy of the church
- If the ministry doesn’t work or has run its course, let it die
